"A football boss was barred from a pub for dropping his trousers at a staff party. Cheltenham Town manager Martin 'Mad Dog' Allen was asked to leave the Salisbury after allegedly taking off his shirt and parading around the pub with his trousers around his ankles. The club said in a statement: "Martin Allen would like to apologise for any offence caused. The incident, while regrettable, was a minor one. It was simply a bit of high jinks at the end of an enjoyable evening." Cheltenham were relegated to League Two at the weekend."

"... Meanwhile, Arsenal London striker Nicklas Bendtner has apologised for his behaviour following the defeat in the 2nd leg of the Champions League semi-final. The Denmark international was pictured leaving a London nightclub at 4am yesterday morning with his belt undone and jeans pulled down. "Getting knocked out was a massive blow," Bendtner said. "However, no matter how disappointed I was, it does not excuse my behaviour later in the evening."
